Why we built it
Too much of the job lives in inboxes.
Requests arrive by email. Assignments go out by text. Attempts get logged in a notebook, evidence sits in a phone’s camera roll, and the report gets assembled at the end from whatever survived. When a client asks where things stand, someone has to go find out.
Field Confirm puts each assignment on one work order — from the client’s request through dispatch, fieldwork, and the report you release — so the status is visible and the history is complete.

- Records over recollection
- When a client, a court, or an auditor asks what happened, the answer should already be written down — with who, when, and why.
- Need to know, by default
- Providers, clients, and staff each see their part of the job. Sensitive details stay with the people authorized to see them.
- Agencies do the work
- Your licensed professionals serve papers and run investigations. Our job is to make coordinating that work faster and more dependable.
- Say what’s true
- We describe what the product actually does today. If something isn’t built yet, we’ll tell you.
