Security

Built for sensitive work.

Investigation and process service records carry real consequences. Field Confirm is designed so the right people see the right information — and so the record holds up when someone asks what happened.

01

Access

Multi-factor sign-in
Accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication, including authenticator apps and passkeys. Authenticator secrets are stored encrypted.
One role, one organization
Each session is tied to one verified role in one organization. Mixed or unverified sessions are refused before any workspace loads.
Need-to-know views
Providers see only the offers issued to them and the work they hold. Clients see only what you release to them. Your provider roster is never exposed as a directory.
Server-side authorization
Every request is authorized on the server. Identifiers sent from a browser never grant access on their own.

02

Integrity

Audit saved with the change
Each state change and its audit entry are written together in one transaction, so the history of who did what, and why, always matches the work.
No silent overwrites
Dispatch, cascade, and release apply only to the version of the work order the person was looking at. Conflicts are shown, not overwritten.
Immutable field records
Saved field attempts can’t be edited. New information is added as a new record, so the original sequence is preserved.
Verified integrations
Inbound webhooks from integrated services are signature-checked and protected against replay.

03

Privacy

No ad tracking
The website and the app use no advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or session replay.
Client-safe copies
Reports released to clients leave out field evidence, provider data, and restricted case details.
Your data stays yours
Agencies control the case information they enter. We process it to run the service and never sell it.
Hardened browser surface
Pages are served over HTTPS only, with HSTS, framing blocked, and strict content-type handling.
